My clinic is located inside The Suite House at 100A Ossington Avenue , suite 13. The closest intersection is Queen & Ossington or Queen & Argyle.

• To enter the building, enter code "2024" (make sure you hear it beep after you press the button) and the suite number is 13, kindly have a seat on the ottoman outside of the suite.

• If you're new to the clinic, please ensure to complete all intake forms which are mandatory, before your appointment. 

• Please note that there is a 15 minute grace period before no-show/cancellation fees will be charged to card on file.  To avoid cancellation/no-show fee, please reschedule your appointments before 24 hours in advance.

• Email reminders will be sent out via email 48 hours prior and text reminders will be sent out 2 hours prior to scheduled appointment.

Cancellation policy

• NO shows and last-minute cancellations (within 12 hours) will be charged full fee as I am unable to fill the time slot 

(You will be provided with an RMT receipt that will show that you did not receive massage therapy services and paid for the no show fees.)
